  • How do we know something, someone or anything at all? What is truth? How can we be sure we have truth? From the pre-Socratic philosophers to the most contemporary logician, this course will identify the keys to “loving God with all of our mind.”

  • Defending the Christian faith and worldview is imperative as the world, the flesh and the devil seek daily to destroy it. We will examine pre-suppositional, classical and evidential methods of both defending and offering evidence for the faith “once and for all delivered unto the saints.”

  • The most important part to a house is its foundation. From the creation of the world to the announcement of Messiah’s advent into this world, the “Law and the Prophets” establishes the essence of Biblical Christianity and must be understood for the New Testament to make any sense. Particular emphasis will be placed on the book of Genesis since it’s the “footing” of the foundation of God’s revelation.

  • The Gospels, Acts, Apostolic Letters and Revelation provide the fulfillment for the Old Testament Messianic prophecies; they also give us the key to Biblical interpretation and the final word on every area of Biblical and Systematic Theology.

  • Understanding theology proper, Christology, providence, revelation, anthropology, hamartiology, soteriology, and angelology are critical in developing the foundation of a Biblical worldview.

  • God’s sovereign and providential moving in His people throughout the Old and New Testaments continues through the era of “Anno Domini.” We will examine key events and doctrines through the lens of God’s providential leading of His people in the last several thousand years.

  • The science of Biblical interpretation is the key to successfully discovering the meaning of God’s word. The tools of proper Biblical exegesis will be covered as well as their application to Christian doctrine and practice.

  • The last of book of scripture is arguably on par with the book of Genesis as to its importance in understanding the plan and purposes of God in this creation that we have been placed in. Revelation is not just an important book to better understand eschatology, but is a critical book of theology written by arguably the closest apostle to Jesus; the apostle John.
